Richard Bannon

Richard Bannon is a retired Radiation Therapist with over 30 years of experience.  He was the Supervisor (20 years) of the department and the Hospital Radiation Safety Officer (8 years).  Part of his responsibilities included the initial design of the Cancer Center and for the two renovations that were implemented during that time.  Prior to the medical background, he obtained a BSF degree in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin and practiced that profession for almost 11 years. His responsibilities in that positions were Forest Land Management and timber procurement in East Texas. He represents noteholders interests.

Vinod Dasa, MD

Vinod Dasa, MD is one of the original founders of Sight Medical.  He is Vice Chairman of Academic affairs for the LSU Health Sciences Center department of Orthopedics as well as having significant ties to the Ochsner Health System. He is an enthusiastic  entrepreneur who not only helped start Sight Medical but also co-founded a novel medical education platform called Doc Social. His research interests include orthopedic joint replacement, health disparities, and outcomes research.  He represents both equity and noteholder interests.

John Rainey, MD

John Rainey MD is a retired medical oncologist. He was founding partner of Louisiana Oncology Associates and served on several national boards.  He was instrumental in starting the American Society of Clinical Oncology Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) and his practice was one of the first seven practices to receive QOPI certification.  He represents both equity and noteholder interests.

Mary Smith

Mary N. Smith is President and founder of IMA, Inc. (Established in 1982) and Access 2day Health, Inc. (Established in 2007).  Both are Louisiana healthcare companies, dealing with healthcare insurance and supplier of primary care onsite and near site clinics for participants of Employer based medical and Rx benefit plans.  She has participated in numerous healthcare issues at the federal level for many years and presently is an advisor to Louisiana Senator Dr. Bill Cassidy, Senator John Kennedy, and Representative Mike Johnson. She represents both equity and noteholder interests.
